StockX Sneaker Shipping Policy
1. In order to ensure that the shoes can be accurately delivered to your hands, we hope that every customer can fill in the correct Whatsapp ID in the order (if there is no Whatsapp, we hope you can tell us your INS or FaceBook in the order remarks Account) so that we can contact you! We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order (for weekend orders, we will contact you on Monday) to check the delivery address. If we cannot contact you within a week after the order is paid, we will refund the full amount to your payment account! (StockX Sneaker WhatsApp : +852 54496871)
2.StockX Sneaker can provide quality inspection pictures (if you need). StockX Sneaker will send you quality inspection photos (2-5 days process) before shipping. If you are not satisfied with the quality inspection photos, we can replace you with a pair of shoes or give you a full refund! After you confirm that there are no problems with the quality check photos, we will ship them!
No quality check photos are required before shipment (we can ship faster). After the package is sent, we will provide you with complete tracking details via email.
3. We use DHL to ship by default, usually 8-20 days after we hand over the shoes to DHL, the delivery will be completed. DHL is our fastest and safest delivery method. For countries/regions where DHL does not ship, or regions that need to pay expensive tariffs, we will use EMS, Epacket, Fex, UPS as alternative options. (It will take about 10-25 days to complete the delivery after the shoes are shipped)
4.We charge a logistics fee of US$30 for each pair of shoes. （At present, the cost of DHL shipping to the United States is about US$45, and we will bear the excess.）
5. After sending the package, we will send the status of the package by mail and provide detailed tracking information. If you will find that your order status is "shipped", but you can't find the logistics information. Don't worry, this is normal. After 2-5 days, we will send you the tracking number via email. The tracking number can accurately check the package information. Please follow your mail.
